IMPORTANT NOTICES:

• Track Day tickets (and the rights they represent) are non transferable

• The information on this form will be used to create a database of lottery entries from which winners will be selected at random
• Winners of non-cash prizes are not entitled to a cash equivalent.

• Track days are organized by and under the responsibility of the  Bikers’Days organization

• One entry will be permitted per RX-7 GP serial number
  
  
• Prizes are admittance tickets only. All other expenses, including travel to and from the event,  (additional travel)  insurances and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
  
  
• Arai nor Bikers’Days shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law
  
  
• If for any reason the Track Day is not capable of running as planned, by causes beyond the control of the organizer, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. No substitute or compensation shall be offered to the prize winner
